Since March, with the impact of COVID-19 early childhood education has changed. Many preschools remain closed or have had to adapt by offering limited in-person options with social distancing. These changes have created an enormous need for quality and innovative educational classes for young children.
Earlier this year, in response to COVID-19, Branches Atelier moved all of our classes online. Using a wide range of curated materials and supplies that we sent home, we were able to successfully continue to engage the children in long term projects and, at the same time, still have them feel connected to their peers and community. This September in response to the needs of our Branches familes we will be offering onsite programs, and at the same time we will also be expanding all of our Branches online classes.
With these changes in mind, Branches Atelier is excited to be offering families from all over the US an opportunity to enroll in our innovative early childhood online programs. We invite families to join our dedicated, passionate, and experienced Branches teachers and parent educators in our creative cohort online programs. Our Programs will be specializing in materials introductions and using these materials as tools of the mind for expression, problem-solving, creativity, and communication. Our courses are designed to help support all areas of children's continued learning and development. We will have a parent education component that will share our strategies on fostering children's social and emotional development, at home and across distances. Parents will learn how we integrate materials and their properties to strengthen underlying academic learning, and how to engage the magic of long term explorations by incorporating art, math, narrative, science, creativity, and problem-solving into experiences.
